If you’re visiting Macau, or if you’ve made that area your permanent home, you’ll want to look and feel great while you’re there. That’s one of the best ways to enjoy your surroundings and make memories that you’ll treasure. When you look and feel your best, you have more fun and people are drawn to you because they sense your confidence. It’s also a healthy boost for your self-esteem, and that’s important no matter where you live.
Macau’s Weather Affects Your Skin
The weather in Macau will play a strong role in how your skin looks and feels. You can’t ignore the weather wherever you live, because the elements that you’re exposed to each day will always play a role in what kind of skincare you need and how your skin reacts to the products you purchase and use. Consider Macau’s weather carefully before you buy skincare products.
Be Sure to Complement Your Skin Tone
In addition to the sunscreens, moisturizers, creams, and other skincare products you’re using, one of the best ways to help your skin look great is to wear colors that complement it. That means both clothing and makeup. Choose your foundation color and style and all of your other makeup carefully so that your selections work well with the overall tone and color of your skin. Doing that will go a long way toward helping you look your best and get noticed in Macau
You can’t control what kind of skin you were born with, but you can control what you do about it and how you treat your skin in order to keep it looking and feeling its best. Don’t give up hope, even if you’re not used to the climate in Macau and how your skin will react to it. Just make subtle changes in your skincare regimen until you find the right choice for you.

Everyone knows about Hong Kong, the former British protectorate that remains a mecca for opportunity and trade. The city of Macau is the only other such exception in China where unfettered capitalism rules; Macau and Hong Kong are known as “special administrative regions” within the Peoples Republic of China. Ruled by Portugal until the year 1999, Macau remains a unique blend of Portuguese and Chinese cultures.
Las Vegas of the Orient
One of the main reasons for its attractiveness as a tourist destination is the prevalence of gambling casinos. This Las Vegas of the Orient attracts people from all over the world, and major American casino operators like Steve Wynn have gone all-out for them in the hospitality and entertainment departments. Hotels and resorts of all kinds are also found throughout the city, home to over half a million people. The number of visitors to Macau has increased from 9.1 million in 2000 to nearly 30 million per year (more than half of which are from the Chinese mainland).
A Walking Environment
Of course, there’s more than just partying and gambling to be done in Macau. The city is also home to many of the more interesting museums you’ll find anywhere in the Far East. With a number of parks and sculptures in Macau, you’ll want to wear men shoes that are comfortable for walking. That’s as good a place as any to start when considering what to wear for a night out on the town, whatever you’re doing, in Macau. The first thing to factor in is the time of year you will be visiting – Spring is most pleasant, but bear in mind the summer’s will be quite hot, and pack accordingly.
Clothing shops, jewelry stores and merchants offering all manner of accessories can be found in many of the alleyways which spill out from the center of the town square. The colors and patterns found there, rich in Sino-Portuguese traditions, and will make you stand out (and thereby blend in) no matter the social setting in which you find yourself. They’ll make a huge splash when you get them back home as well, and the memories will remain forever in your mind, with a wonderful reminder hanging in your closet.

- The Grand Prix Museum—This museum is devoted to the history of Macau’s Grand Prix. It’s also adjacent to a the area wine museum.
- Macau Museum—This museum celebrates the history and culture of Macau.
- Fisherman’s Wharf—This was Macau’s first theme park and still numbers as one of the area’s great attractions.

- Performance Lake—A dancing fountain at the Wynn Hotel.

And this list barely scratches the surface of the museums and performances that are available for your family’s enjoyment!
Like any vacation that includes children, a family trip to Macau will require a little planning on your part. You’ll want to make sure that you arrange for activities that interest and engage the whole family while building in appropriate breaks for food and rest. Macau makes it easy, however. Their main industry is tourism and keeping visitors like your family happy, safe, and entertained is a major part of that industry.
After you get back you can go by the store and make Macau local cuisines with your kids. Don’t forget to also buy a Davis Waddell kids cooking set.

While there are no specific or unique preparation methods for Macau cooking, we should point out that attention to detail is important in the Macau cuisine. Each traditional dish has special cooking method, which is more or less general in all of Macaus regions. The Macau people are very specific about the freshness of every ingredient they use especially because their cuisine uses lot of raw ingredients be they meat, seafood, vegetables or fruit. The visual attractiveness of the dish is also important, and balance between colors and proportion differentiates.
Essential utensils like serving spoons spatulas, forks, turners, scrapers and tongs. Like all the Chinese cuisine varieties Macau too is based on four main styles, such as the Chiu Chow, the Shanghainese, the Peck and the Szechuan. Macau cuisine is quite spicy and savored, combining lot of exotic ingredients. Being coast country, one of the popular foods in Macau has always been seafood. There is very interesting combination of ancient and modern during these festivals. There are many food traditions combined with the original Macau dishes, which have eventually gave birth to new more exotic dishes.
The characteristic of this cuisine is the fortunate blending of sweet and sour, sharp and blends, hot and cool and sometimes even crunchy and smooth. Like all the Chinese cuisine varieties Macau too is based on four main styles, such as the Jazz fest, the youth festival, the festival and many other. Being coast country, one of the popular foods in Macau has always been seafood.
You should consider insulated food carriers if you are transporting the food and full set of kitchen linens and uniforms if you wish to look like pro. For example, the Shanghainese cuisine is adding its rich and sweet flavors, while the Peck cuisine gives the Macau dishes that well known and appreciated style. Using the right amount of spices for example is essential either for spicing up the taste or for coloring the dish. Because Macau is place where many cultures came together thus its only normal that its cuisine mirrors all of these cultures.
